XENSES tickets with Transportation *Official Product*
Xenses is not a traditional theme park. It is a playful test of your senses, packed with crooked buildings, dark passages, slippery water rides, optical tricks, and odd little surprises. The Mexican village facade is the big crowd-pleaser, while the mud river and waterslide add a welcome dose of wet fun.
I like the included air-conditioned transport and the chance to receive your priority admission bracelet on the bus. I also like that you can move at your own speed instead of being tied to a guide. The main caution is pickup: the time on your ticket is not your actual pickup time, and a missed bus can mean an expensive taxi.
Key points
- More than 50 sensory scenes: Expect optical illusions, dark rooms, water features, sound, smell, touch, and unusual visual tricks.
- The Mexican village is the star: Sloping streets and buildings create a wonderfully disorienting photo stop.
- Bring water shoes: They are especially useful for the mud bath, river attractions, and wet walkways.
- Transport is shared: Air-conditioned pickup is offered from hotels or nearby meeting points in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya.
- Plan for a half-day in the park: The full 10-hour outing includes transport and hotel-area waiting time.
- Food is extra: Lunch, snacks, water, soft drinks, juices, and alcoholic drinks are not included.
