“Swimming with the turtles was amazing! This was also outr 3rd cenote and this was likely our favorite one. Beautiful, mysterious space with lots of interesting passages, including a few tight squeezes. Very clean water and incredible history. Our guide, Omar, even had us sit in the dark for one minute and listen to the space around us - a very surreal experience. The lunch at the end was a nice cap to an amazing day. About Omar (and our driver, Julio) - they are the best! We have had MANY guides over the years and Omar is knowledgeable, fun, and very personable. I highly recommend this tour!”

The Toyota Hiace or similar vehicle carries up to nine passengers, with bottled water, airport charges, taxes, and traveler insurance included. Allow about 50 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic.

“That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator. I was dumb I admit. But it would have helped to have a company name on the ticket. I paid close to 300.00 USD for a taxi. Stay strong as they are very convincing.”

The lunch was worth that because that was a buffe and basically you can whatever you want and no limit. About the activities - i did waverunner + atv. The day was rainy for 2 hours, i started the atv with heavy rain and then it calmed after 20 min.…”
