He showed us some really interesting things and important details at the archeological site, and visiting the site was a once in a lifetime experience. It was about 12 hours total starting early in the morning, so be ready for a long day, but well worth it.”

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 6,138 reviews · 8 hours (approx.) · from $39

Leave central Mexico City at 6:20 a.m. for Teotihuacan before the worst heat and crowds. A bilingual guide leads you along the Avenue of the Dead, past major pyramids, murals, and temples, followed by an obsidian workshop and optional Mexican lunch. Guides such as Alan, Antonio, Lily, and Alex have earned especially warm praise, but lunch and shopping stops may not suit everyone.

“Everyone was kind and helpful. The bus ride was comfortable. The food after was pretty ok too. Once getting to the site I would ask for your ticket. We decided to use the bathroom at gate 2 and they wouldn’t let us in because we didn’t have the site ticket. So make sure and get that. We had to buy another one to get back in. I would also suggest that starting early at the moon pyramid would make more sense. By the time we got there it was crowded. These are just my ideas but still I enjoyed it.”

Everyone on the tour got wrist bands for a free buffet however, viator did not offer that option. 100 percent recommend the tour it was awesome but do not book through here, majority of other couples on the bus said they booked at their hotel and/or Expedia”
