Guides such as Max, Marina, Daniel, and Alma lead the water activities, with gear, snacks, transport, and hotel pickup included.

“Lukas was our guide, and we had an amazing day! He was knowledgeable and funny, and with his instructions our group was able to keep the water very clear. We were able to see 4 or 5 turtles up close with great water visibility. The cenote was awesome, the reflections of the ripples off the cave walls were a very cool sight that we won’t forget soon. Empanada snack at the end was tasty!”

“Our pickup was from Plaza last Perlas, not our hotel, but it was only 15mins walk away. Juan was a great driver and we have a very smooth trip in a very comfortable coach with usb charging. Perfecto and Jesus, were great guides. We stayed with Perfecto, as he did the guided tour in English, but both were professional and amusing. We had plenty of time at Tulum (2hrs), with a great insight in to the Mayan people and this still allowed us time to wander around on our own. The two cenotes included were excellent and much easier to access than the one we visited on a Chichen Itza…”

Staff members such as Jorge, Pablo, and Leo have earned praise for friendly guidance, though pickup and water conditions need careful planning.

“Our day started off great. Company was prompt, transportation clean, great A/C. The boat is beautiful. Sadly we didn’t get a spectacular snorkel experience. Several members of our group were stung by jellyfish shortly after getting in the water. We moved to a secondary location, hopeful to be able snorkel but you could see them from the surface. We spent the rest of the time anchored with the option to get it the water. No thanks. Food and drinks were ok. There were also no paddle boards or motorized snorkel option as advertised. It was your basic booze cruise. Nothing special.”

Guides such as Bam, Carlos, Panda, and Abraham are known for keeping the mood lively. Expect a social party boat, not a quiet yacht cruise.

“First off, this trip was absolutely hilarious and extremely fun. Lucky for us, everyone else had booked a full day tour so we got upgraded from a half day to a full day for free which was great. The way to snorkeling was fun; however, when snorkeling we were not given fins and were not divided into groups. So, it was really a really big group of people. If you want to do a full snorkel tour, I would suggest getting a tour that purely does snorkeling. Nevertheless, the beach was fun, the food was good, and the tour guides were fun, welcoming, and charismatic. Our tour guide in particular…”

“This tour was amazing. We were a little skeptical about taking an afternoon tour as we have always done mornings and seen plenty of whales. We saw so many whales up close and personal that were interacting with our Boat. Our tour guide and boat captain did an amazing job. You takeoff right from the marina. The small tour is the way to go, much more personable. We will definitely do this tour again next year when we are back. Oh and the lunch was also amazing after three hours on the ocean.”
