“Beautiful day. All the staff, including our tourguide Abraham were wonderful and attentive. Our tourguide spoke three languages to accommodate everyone! Sadly due to the weather we could not snorkel but appreciate the company putting our safety first! Drinks on the boat were delicious and unlimited, landing on and exploring the island was easy and safe with the guidance of the tourguide. Overall a beautiful day!”

★★★★★★★★★★4.1 · 2,848 reviews · 8 - 10 hours · from $59

Guides such as Ivet, Luis, Juam, and Romando are praised for keeping the day friendly and organized. Choose carefully between the basic and lunch options, and budget an extra $20 dock tax.

“First of all, the staff was what made this experience so wonderful. They were all absolutely the best. The catamaran was beautiful, big and comfortable. The snorkeling was beautiful although very crowded but it is a very special place so that was no surprise. We had a great time on the island thanks to the guide’s recommendations to go to the north beach. The beach club was my least favorite part and I could have done without but we still had a great time. I would do this tour again and will recommend it to anyone who will be traveling to Cancun.”

“Great job by all staff, they were very communicative & helpful! Spoke both Spanish and English fluently. and awesome locations. Good drinks, decent buffet, & a nice snorkeling experience. The only reason I chose to leave 4 stars is 5 is because when we showed up at 915am for a 10am departure (they recommended 930am) we didn't even board the boat until 1030 and departed at 11am. I'm sure that's normal but we could have slept in and saved another hour had they just communicated when their actual boarding was. I recommend wearing lots of sunscreen as well; You will be in the sun all day. If you are a…”

You will have time around Playa Norte and downtown Isla Mujeres, with guides such as Javier, Joel, or Sergio helping on board. Hotel-zone pickup is available, but the $20 docking fee is extra.

“You should completely avoid this tour. Poor communication before the trip. I selected a pick up point at check out and when you ask the time to pick up, they would avoid the question and ask you to meet at the port. After spent 120 on taxi to get to the meeting point, the tour was cancelled due to wind. There was no communication and all telling their customers not to show up. I saw another group as disappointed as we were. The company didn’t initiate a refund and I had to contacted viator for the request. On top of that, they charged $20 pp for docking fee, because the…”

“We had a great time on our catamaran cruise. We had to reschedule due to weather, but were able to go out the day after we had originally booked. Because of this, there were only 3 of us on our boat. Willy and Fernando were absolutely wonderful! We went to two snorkeling spots and then cruised around a bit. Fernando went snorkeling with us to show us different fish and point out creatures hiding in the reef. 4 hours was a perfect amount of time for what we wanted and having the boat to just ourselves made everything so much more peaceful and enjoyable. We would absolutely do this again…”

Guides such as Mike, Omar, and Grace have earned praise for friendly service. Expect a $20 reef tax and possible weather changes.

“Very Disappointing. Not worth the money. The boat was very nice and wish the trip was mainly on the boat. The snorkeling trip was a joke. You have to have a lifejacket tied to your waist so you can't touch any reef or coral I get that but there was really nothing to see and the guide was so rude. Just kept yelling to stay beside him. Not enjoyable at all. The next stop was a swim spot where the captain yelled at you to stay inside the rope. Next dropped off, at a tourist trap for 2 hours. Last stop, was lunch buffet and beach or pool. Ok. Whole…”

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 417 reviews · 5 hours 30 minutes (approx.) · from $49

Sail from Playa Langosta to Isla Mujeres on a five-and-a-half-hour catamaran trip with bilingual guides, reef snorkeling, an open bar, chips, guacamole, salsa, and free time near downtown Isla Mujeres. Guides such as Bam, Carlos, Panda, and Abraham are known for keeping the mood lively. Expect a social party boat, not a quiet yacht cruise.

“First off, this trip was absolutely hilarious and extremely fun. Lucky for us, everyone else had booked a full day tour so we got upgraded from a half day to a full day for free which was great. The way to snorkeling was fun; however, when snorkeling we were not given fins and were not divided into groups. So, it was really a really big group of people. If you want to do a full snorkel tour, I would suggest getting a tour that purely does snorkeling. Nevertheless, the beach was fun, the food was good, and the tour guides were fun, welcoming, and charismatic. Our tour guide in particular…”

The crew keeps the music and drinks flowing, with Angel and Jessie praised for their lively hosting. Expect a party atmosphere, a $20 dock fee, and weather-based activity changes.

“They don't put in the fine print regarding restrictions of snorkeling. My parents were extremely disappointed. They brought their own snorkel gear and learned while on the boat they could not snorkel of their age and this happened on their wedding anniversary. We were told we would receive a small refund for the difference in the cruise only instead of snorkel but never received anything. The entertainment staff and food were very good.”

“While the catamaran tour was well worth the time, there were a few things that were lacking! Let’s start off with the good. The catamaran captain and team were amazing! They were making sure we were taken care of in any way they could! The beach club food was average and nothing really to write home about! When you arrive to the check in be prepared to be harassed about your sunscreen! There was a lady that was very argumentative and demanding that we purchase theirs!”

“An excellent experience! The boat ride was comfortable and had plenty of stops to enjoy as well as making the journey to the island fun. All the crew were fantastic and Alex was a great MC/ Host who kept the energy up throughout the tour. I was travelling with my partner and her farther and we were slightly nervous about ending on a ‘party boat’ however this was the perfect mix of high energy and brilliant day out. Thank you again to the crew!”

“We had an amazing time. The staff was great and very fun to be around. The sail was on a gorgeous day and everything we visited was beautiful. The snorkeling could have been a bit better. The waves were a little large and hard to swim with, with our life jackets on. Still a good swim, but borderline dangerous for us. Everything else about the trip including the tour through Isla Mujeres on the golf carts was amazing. We would definitely do it again.”
