Guides such as Luis, Raul, Alex, and Sergio are praised for friendly help, though the pace, meal size, and paid photo package deserve a close look before booking.

“Horse riding, the horses were very well trained and behaved perfectly but it should be stated that this is for the very beginner as you only walk out and back for probably less than 1km covered in total. Cenote, arrive change drop in and leave in wet clothing. Spending less than half hr there in total. Was only because one person on tour told guide we were leaving guest behind that lad was not left in locked enclosure. We only had 7 of us on tour so would be quite easy to do head count. ATV and Zip, fun but over too quickly. Tequila tasting, information and fun. Safety equipment…”

“The ATV activity is not safe at all.2 people in the group lost the tire of their ATV. One falls down. And me I almost fall down.the route holes are filled by stone. It was inconsolable. On top of that I did not like that In the description that we pay for scarves and cadenas. it was not included. For the amount we paid Cardenas should be included or at lease prevent the tourist. I chose a guide in French but he does speak French.on top of that the guide forces us to give them tips and reviews.I did not like it”

“After reading a bunch of the reviews, I came to the realization that some people are just snobs/ Haters. If you read the instructions then you know what to expect. They complain about not having their phones. It’s business they have to make money. You can also have your phone during the cenote. The host were great, while horseback riding one of the cowboys started singing. It actually wasn’t bad. Zipline was fun, ATV was fun. People complain about the atv not being fast, well they are fast but it also depends on who you are behind. If they are cautious then you won’t be able to go fast like…”

“The horseback riding was great. The cables for Zip line were thin and I wasn’t comfortable with doing that activity. The grounds were lovely and overall the experience was good. The driver who took us was rude and played the music so loud my head hurt. We and others asked for it to be turned down a notch but he refused. He expected a tip for the migraine he gave everyone and was upset when he didn’t get one.”
